1. General

These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user (hereinafter: "the Customer") and LegalDan (hereinafter: "the Business"). Use of the software and/or its purchase constitutes full agreement to the terms set forth herein. The Business may update these terms from time to time, and the binding version is the one published on legaldan.co.il.

2. Product Description

LegalDan is a professional desktop software for managing and organizing legal documents, preparing exhibit bundles, advanced PDF tools and a built-in CRM system. The software operates locally on the user's computer and does not require an internet connection after installation.

3. Delivery and Supply Policy

The product is digital software only and does not include physical shipping. Product delivery is as follows:

• Immediate download: After purchase, the customer will receive a download link and activation key to the email address provided.
• Delivery time: Delivery is immediate - the installation file and activation key are sent automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.
• No physical shipping: The product is delivered by digital download only. There is no shipping of packages, disks or any hardware.
• System requirements: The software is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 only (64-bit).

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices displayed on the website are in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT. The Business may change prices from time to time. The price charged at the time of purchase is the binding price.

• Annual plan: ₪300/year incl. VAT. 2-year plan: ₪450 incl. VAT. Lifetime purchase: ₪600 incl. VAT (one-time payment, includes updates). Extra workstation: +₪150. Subscription plans require renewal; lifetime purchase does not.

5. Trial Period

The Business offers a free trial period of 10 days. During this period, the customer may use all software features without limitation and without requiring a credit card. At the end of the trial period, the customer must purchase a license to continue using the software.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy has been determined in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010:

• Transaction cancellation: The customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase or the date of receiving the product, whichever is later, in accordance with Section 14C(C) of the Consumer Protection Law.
• Refund: In the event of cancellation as stated, the customer will receive a full refund, minus cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.
• Cancellation method: Cancellation requests should be sent by email to support@legaldan.co.il with purchase details.
• Satisfaction: Beyond legal requirements, LegalDan offers a free 10-day trial period to allow the customer to try the software before purchase and ensure full satisfaction.

7. Warranty and Support

The Business assumes full responsibility for the product and its proper functioning:

• Technical support: Support is available via email at support@legaldan.co.il. Average response time: up to 2 business days.
• Updates: License holders are entitled to free updates.
• Bug fixes: The Business commits to addressing bugs and issues reported by the customer and providing fixes as soon as possible.
• Warranty limitations: The Business is not responsible for damage caused by use not in accordance with instructions, modifications made to the software by a third party, or hardware failure on the user's computer.

8. License

Purchasing the software grants the customer a personal, non-transferable license. The software may not be copied, distributed, duplicated or reverse-engineered in whole or in part.

9. Privacy

The Business respects customer privacy. LegalDan software operates completely locally and does not collect personal information. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the software, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and all other intellectual property, belong solely to the Business. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the customer, other than the limited license described above.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter relating to these terms is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
